Ingabire is a well-established educator. Having taught entrepreneurship for so long, she is so passionate to see many women supported by Hope of Family grow with enough financial capacities. Besides ensuring the entire board artifact management, she always gives team members practical advice about beneficiaries' income-generating projects and their sustainability. Vestine is happily married with two daughters, and she lives in Nyanza in the southern part of Rwanda.
