“MURAHO (HELLO) HOPE OF FAMILY COMMUNITY!! Distribution of school materials

This week has been again the most exciting one to accomplish HoF commitments in this new 2019.School materials were distributed   to 36 primary school children and the event happened at Hope of Family office on this Monday, 13 January 2019.The activity is in line with key Hope of Family objective: provide wrap-around support to children studying at primary school.

Those school materials include pair of shoes, school bags, notebooks, and uniforms. Landouald Hakizimana, Community Mobiliser grasped this opportunity to encourage all children work very hard and use those materials to improve their grades as they are starting the new academic year. Most of them study in the primary schools located in the Hope of Family zones of operations: Mbare primary school and Shyogwe primary school.

Over the next few days, Christine Muhoza, HoF Community Inclusion Coach, will regularly hold several meetings with the school administration and teachers to ensure that children under 2019 Hope of Family cohort are properly supported in their effective schooling.
