Mpayimana was born and raised in Muhanga, the Southern part of Rwanda, where Hope of Family operates. He is currently the Partnership Manager, East Africa for Bylo Chacon Foundation. Before this, he also had extensive experience in USAID-funded projects and teaching in higher learning situations. As Founder and Legal Representative,he serves as a liaison between the board and the implementation team. He works directly with the Executive Director's office to design high-level strategies and policies that scale up Family of Family's vision. He is married with two children and they all live in Kigali, capital city of Rwanda.
